Rear disc conversion hoses

Fitting of Datsport rear disc conversion hoses is very straight forward .Remove all existing hoses & lines except the cross over line from 3 way connector to the LH hose. Replace with new hoses

LH hose position on caliper. Note  spring hose protector

LH hose fitted to original union.

Rh hose replaces original rear hose.

Hose clips are self aligning on the swing arm. Note they are handed. Curved section of clip fits on edge of round section of the rear spring cup.

Slide brass ring into clip & rotate 90 degrees to secure. Handy for changing springs etc without having to stretch or disconnect the brake hose.

Hose mounting clips . Secure to swing arm with 6mm bolts supplied. Note RH & LH brackets.
